If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be made in writing within 5 working days, and we will review and respond promptly. If you are still unhappy, you may escalate your appeal to RLSS UK Qualifications.

We take all concerns and complaints seriously. Wherever possible, we aim to resolve issues informally and quickly. If a formal complaint is needed, we will investigate fully and respond in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer the matter to RLSS UK Qualifications.

We take reports of malpractice (deliberate misconduct) and maladministration (errors or poor practice) very seriously. All reports are investigated fairly and, where necessary, referred to RLSS UK Qualifications.
